In my company, we have Exchange 2000 and Outlook clients (Mine is 2003).

Another person my send send me a screen shot of something on their screen.
The way they do that is to hit [ALT]-[Print Screen] to copy the screen to
the clipboard.
Then in the body of the email, they paste the screen shot in and email it to
me.
It works great for everyone in the office, except me. It was fine for me as
well, but I'm afreaid I changed something (what?) and it rarely works that I
can see these coming from others.

Most times I don't see anything but an empty box where the image should be
with a small red X.

Sometimes (not always) If the other person sends me multiple screen shots in
one email, the 1st is blank and I can see the others.

This not a problem when other people on our network share screen shots, and
I can send them fine myself, I just can't see them when sent to me.

Things I know that changed:
1. I have OneNote 2007 on my PC
2. I have Adobe acrobat, and I believe there is some type of outlook ad-in
with that.
3. I added our entire company domain to my safe senders list.

any thoughts?
Chuck

New information: I found that the sender was using Word 2003 as their email
editor. I had them Un-Check that option and now when they send me screen
shots it works fine.

This however, is not a solution, as I cannot control this option on everyone
who might send me an email.

there must be something different about MY outlook that is different than
everyone else in my organization, because I can't duplicate the problem on
anyone else's PC.

Still Need help!
