I can't see security menu option under Tools/Macro in Office XP Access. When
I go to Word, Excel, etc under Tools/Macro/ the security menu option is there
and works, but not in Access.

In troublingshooting this I came across an article that shows how to fix
this; however, when I go to Tools/Customize/Commands tab, there is no
"Rearrange Commands" button located there to proceed through the fix. I am
current with all Windows XP and Office security updates, including the latest
Jet 4.0 Service Pack.

The macro security "feature" was added with Access 2003.
I do not believe that existed in Office/Access XP/2002.
