I just started using Win XP on my main system. I am able
to network my 3 computers but am unable to network the
printers. I have 2 HP's connected to the Win XP system
and set for sharing, with the other 2 computers running
98 & ME. How do I get the 2 systems to recognize the
printers?

1. make sure that the share name for the printers on the XP computer is 12
characters or less with no embedded spaces or special characters

2. install the 9x drivers as "Additional Drivers" on the XP computer. This
is optional and doesn't always work - depends on the printer make and model.
