can't see pictures and attach when receiving email

when i send an email with pictures embedded and/or attachments, some of the
recipien can't see them. Where is the problem. Can somebody help me?

Once likely cause is sending the messages in Rich Text format. Only people
using Outlook cna see attachments to Rich Text messages. Make sure you're
sending HTML or Plain Text messages.

My email is set to HTML. what is funny to me that only some people don't see
the pcitures

Open the contact record of one of those people and double-click the email
address. Do you see an "Internet format" drop-down at the bottom of the
dialogue? Does it say "Send using Outlook Rich Text format"? If so, that's
why. Change it to "Let Outlook decide..."
