Can't see performance objects and counters name on performance monitorbut numbers

Hi everybody,

On my Win2k3 server, I am having a very strange problem. I was trying to
monitor the server on various counters. But when i open the performance
monitor and tried to add some counters, there were no object names and
counter names but numbers.

Can somebody please help me out so solve this problem.
