can't see outside cc email addresses in outlook 2003

's Computer Specifications

I cannot see email addresses that are cc'd from outside of the company. I can
see when employees are copied but not anyone externally. This poses problems
when we are supposed to contact that copied person and we don't see their
email address.

How are you sure that the original sender actually remembered to CC the
person?

Are you using an Exchange server? If you are, can you see the cc'd address
in OWA?
