I accidentally dragged and dropped the "from" and "subject" bars into my
message area, and now I cant see who my messages are from OR the subject
unless I open them. Is there a way to reverse this? I have no idea how I did
it!!!

Right-click on a column header. Choose "Customize Current View". Click
on "Fields". There you can add the two missing columns.

Right-click on the column header row and choose Field Chooser. Add any
field you want. To postition it where you want, drag that column's
header to the left or right. If you drag it down or up from the header
row, you'll see an "X" appear which means that column will get removed
after you release the mouse key while dragging that column.
