What is the exact problem?
How does your referenced KB article relate to your issue?
The fix as described in the article is already available via all usual
download and update channels that Microsoft offers.

The problem is that i have some workstations with Office Professional 2003
and when i installed the kb945432 the users stop opening JPG'S that came from
mac users. I have found some articles that helped me to overcome this by
uninstalling the security update and when i did this the problem was solved.
What i want to know is that since this kb945432 has some kind of problem is
there a fix for this security update.

Thank you

No known issues have been reported as per;
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/945432/
You're still unclear about your issue. Are we talking about embedded
pictures here or attached pictures?

As the issue only occurs from messages received from Mac clients, one would
assume improper mail construction is taking place at Mac level or improper
conversion is taking place at mail server level and that applying the update
to Outlook only makes Outlook more sensitive to this improper conversion.
Symptoms and the actual cause can be easily confused at this point of
troubleshooting and with offered information.

Anyway, as already mentioned in the article; when you have issues applying
this security update, contact Microsoft.

Roady, this is a big problem and is all over the INternet support boards.

Please see if you can get more information on this issue, I have hundreds of
users that are unable to open JPGs in OUtlook due to this issue. Apparently
Outlook is adding a couple lines of code to the JPG making it un usable.

same problem here. attachments from a mac corrupted when viewed through
outlook; works fine through imap/pop3.

google knows all about the problem; i should think microsoft would as well.

had to manually remove the 945432 patch from 50+ clients to fix the problem.
