Can't see the Insert option in my toolbar (File Edit View Insert

's Computer Specifications

When i create a new email, I'm able to see the FILE EDIT VIEW on the toolbar
but I don't see the INSERT option.
I'm using Outlook 2003.

Do you have Word or Outlook set as the email editor?
Tried resetting the Menu Bar already via View-> Toolbars-> Customize-> tab
