Can't see individual posts after Search?

I'm having a problem opening forwarded attachments in Outlook.

I tried searching here and it turns up several relevant searches, but then
when I go to click on the individual reply, nothing happens and I get a
message at the bottom that says "Error on page."

I DON'T have this problem if I don't use Search.

Can someone tell me why I'm getting this and how to fix it?
