They are just images in a form. They have already tried installing the
graphics filters from the Office 2003 CD as well as PhotoEditor from Office
XP.
When the database was created, the pictures were inserted as Objects in jpeg
format. The database was created before Office 2003 was released so the
creator had PhotoEditor installed on her machine. Since then we have had to
deal with the images displaying properly but usually installing PhotoEditor
resolved the issue.
The form displays the pictures on the other 20 machines in the lab just
fine. The machines are (supposed to be) identical.
Also looking into an Office Add-in for Norton Antivirus to see if this could
be the problem.
