Cant see a Icon in the Newtork and Dial up box

We have been moving our 200 servers from one domain
controller to another and on some computers it has been
easy and on others no "local ara conection Icon" shows up
so you can't change to a new DNS server. It worked before
and in the device mamanger is shows the card is working
good.

This seems like it should be real easy....But not for
me....I would really appricated any feed back
