I have checked in IE Tools>>Options>>History, and History is set to 21 days.
However, I can only see"'Todays" activity.

I used to be able to set History so that in the Explorer Bar it would show
folders of "Three weeks ago,
Two Weeks Ago, Last Week, and Today."

How do I get more than "'Todays" activity to show?

I have asked this question before, but thought I'd rephrase it aa bit to see
if maybe I didn't explain it well enough.

Possibly your History folder is corrupt:
[XP\2K]
Log on as Administrator and delete the desired <username> folder(s).
[example]
"C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\HISTORY"

Note: McAfee AV with ActiveX controls enabled is known to cause History
problems.
