Hi folks I just reinstalled xppro on one computer and now when I
transfer files from another computer with a usb to usb cable it says it
is done but I can't see the files on the new desktop.
The transfer unit shows it on the new desktop.
I can search and it shows the file on the desktop and I can copy it from
the search box to the desktop so it transferd ok.
It also does the same going into my docs.
I have fat32 on the computer that I am transfering from and ntfs on the
one i am going to if that matters .
How do I fix this???

What happens if you elect to Arrange Icons on the desktop?

I tried arange icons does the same thing the files show in windows
explorer and any files from any place else I copy to desktop show up.
I hooked up the usb cbl to another with same os and also had ntfs it
worked right.

I got it working I unistalled the usb cbl driver using revo and
reinstalled .
I unistalled and reinstalled before and it didn't help .
Computers got to be female.....
