It's been a couple of weekes that I can't see the tabs in the Display
Property window. It opens on the themes tab, but does not allow me to move
to other taes (can't see them).

If I change theme and then apply, I have all my tabs back. But once I close
the window and open it again. the tabs are gone.

What can I do?
