When i open my callendar, i can see the subject, and the location....
when my colleque opens my callendar, he can see the subject, location and
the rest of the details...

Now is my question, how can i see those details when i open my callendar or
those from my colleques?

Are you both using the same view? He might be using Day/Week/Month with
autopreview and you are using just the plain Day/Week/Month view.
