I ran the backup utility to create a backup disc of my computer. I saved that
to a disc. Then, my folders would show up but would not allow me to view the
contents. Attributes said they were encrypted. I tried several things to fix
this but after many frustrating hours, I gave up. I then tried to use the
back-up disc I created but I kept getting an error message saying there
wasn't any back-up packets. I then tried system restore but it would only let
me go back to the date I created the back-up disc. After restoring, all of my
folders are there but without any contents. Have I lost all my files in all
of my folders? I have tried serveral things to correct these problems and I
fear I may have really messed up. Now, I need help.

If anyone can help me, please email me at (E-Mail Removed) or at the email
address shown here. Thanks.
