Can't See "Change Settings for this Connection"

I am trying to view the properties of a VPN network connection on a Mac using
Parallels Desktop w/ XP installed. I am completely unfamiliar with this type
of OS. When I'm in Network Connections, after selecting the VPN connection, I
cannot see "Change Settings for this Connection" under "Network Tasks".

Can anyone help?
