Can't See Body Text

I have a website that generates an email in HTML. When I receive the email
on an XP machine running Outlook 2003 the body of the email is blank. When I
view the same email from a VISTA machine with Outlook 2007 it looks fine. If
I forward the message from the 2007 machine to the 2003 machine it also looks
fine. HELP?
