On my other pc, my desktop is white, can't see anything only the mouse I see.
I already try to boot in safe mode, same thing. If anyone can help, please

* what if you press Ctrl+Alt+Entf (start Task Manager) and click File -> New
Task (Run...) -> explorer.exe -> Enter?
If that doesn't change it, go to the "Processes" tab in Task Manager and end
all explorer.exe processes, and try again.

* try doing a thorough spyware/virus/malware scan.

i suspect you have a bad video card....try uninstalling your card using the
device manager then reinstall...also go to the website for your video card
and download the latest drivers ...good luck
