Can't see any webpage updates

Whenever I go to a website...ie www.yahoo.com i do not see
any updates. The websites date still says March 01 and the
news is still the same...

Can anyone help me?

Check your cache settings. Only one of two thinks can be happening here.
1. Your cache settings are set to not check for updates.
2. The date \ time on your machine are way off and your machine is not
caching correctly because the time offsets are all wrong.

Ryan,
IE> Tools> Internet Options> General> Temporary Internet Files> Settings>
Check for newer versions should be anything except "never.'

It might also help to clear the cache.
From IE> Tools> Internet Options> General> Delete Files & Delete offline
content. You
might also set the TIF folder size to about 50-60 MB. Bigger isn't
necessarily better.
