Can't search multiple mailboxes in Outlook 2007

I want to upgrade several XP Pro users to Office 2007 but found that I can't
configure Outlook 2007 to index multiple mailboxes. These are all Exec
Assistants that have full access to their bosses mailboxes and search with
WDS 2.6.6. without issue. Am I missing a setting or is this is flaw?
