pagefile.sys system file was not able to be scannned for viruses. Is this a
problem

No, it shouldn't be a problem. That's your page file (virtual memory) and it
will always be in use, and AFAIK it can't be infected with anything.

In addition to what everyone has mentioned, when scanning omit \System
Volume Information\_restore{...} (all system restore points) . Many people
get upset when they find infected files in the System Restore files but they
are actually harmless to your system (unless/until you use them to restore
your system.)
