With MM2 on XP i was used to make movie and save it back
to my sony DV cam.
Since my last movie i have installed a lot of thing on my
computer.
Now, i can import and make movie but when i save on the
DV cam i have blue screen on the cam, even with a 5 sec
movie.

When i save in DV format on my HDD it works fine, but not
on my cam.

I have read and tried all tricks on papajohns web site
without success

My QASF.dll is uptodate and have no older version.

please, any idea ?

Did you try copying it from the hard drive to the camcorder with the WinDV
utility (link on the Digital Camcorders > Intro page)?

Can we assume it's a firewire connection, and you have the camcorder in
VCR/VTR mode - not record mode - and the tape is in - and DV-IN is
enabled.....etc

Seems like a setting/swich kind of thing, assuming it's the same camcorder
you successfully exported to before.

thanks for your answers.

yes. it is the same camcorder as it works before.
same computer and same firewire link.

one of the program that i have installed since the last
time it works may have affect the codec avi to dv...

i will try now to manually desinstall MM2 and reinstall
it again
Last thing to do before réinstall winXP :-(
