This error usually occurs when you are using a trial version and
upgrade it. Your profile is probably corrupt.

Try exporting your current mailbox in a PST file.

Create a new profile

Control Panel-> Mail icon-> Profiles-> New.

Then import your PST file into your new profile.

Exporting and importing are never the proper way to to move data between
Outlook profiles. If the data is on an Exchange or IMAP or Live server, then
there's no need to export the data and import it later because it's on the
server. If the data is in a PST, then the PST can simply be reused in the new
profile.
