I have friends that are a bit challenged in dealing with attachments. So they
send emails to me with embedded images, right in the actual body of the
email. Yea, turns out as large downloads and hard to forward.

In OUTLOOK 2003, there was a "SAVE AS" option when you right-click on the
image. The only option in OUTLOOK 2007 is a "COPY" .... this really seems
like a huge step backwards in OUTLOOK ... is there an option some place in
OUTLOOK 2007 that I'm missing? or how to do this????

The Save As function wasn't much help either as it wanted to save everything
in bmp-format.
