I am doing a clean install of win2K, and i can't run some of the setup.exe files for my programs. There're no error messages. The little hourglass just shows up for a split second and then nothing happens. no stall, no messages, no nothing. The installers run fine on my Win98 system and my Winxp laptop. No diff whether I run them from CD or HD, or if I open them through explorer or command prompt or add programs.
