I recently replaced a 5 yr old hd with a new one. Everything seems to run
find, except when I try to open a small program. I get the following eror:
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled
Process id=0xab4(2740)
Thread id+0x1b8(840)

To debug, it goes to a message that JIT debugger is not available

Any guidance

So are you saying that you think this is a ms.net framework problem
