I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 from 2002. Custom forms published to a
public folder will not load when I select them from the "Actions" button.
The message is:"The form you selected could not be displayed. The object
could not be found". I can select them from the tools/forms/choose form
pulldown.

You need to apply Office 2003 Service Pack 1 to resolve some major problems
related to using custom forms, especially in public folders.
