Can't rip CD -> mp3 @ 128Kbps w WMP 10!

The only options allowed are 56, 192, 256, & 320 Kbps w tools, options,
rip music.

Have WMP Ver 10.00.00.4050 using WinXP Ver 5.1: SP 3.

My 2004 dell computer came w MusicMatch Jukebox but I recently deleted
it because I got so fed up w how Yahoo 'adwared' it to death. Now I'm
trying to use WMP 10.

128 Kbps works just fine for me and I'd like to be able to use it.

Any help / info on how do update my system?

Register values for Microsoft\MediaPlayer\Settings\MP3Encoding are

High / low Rate 320k / 56k
LowRateSample 24k
MediumHigh / Medium RAte 256k /192k
codec = c:\windows\system32\l3codecp.acm

Use AudioGrabber + Lame Encoder both freeware.
