I am trying to disbale the mutliple monitor feature
without disabling my second monitor. I use a second
monitor plugged into my laptop for improved visibilty
when not in the field. I went to the dual display to
write a tutorial and now I cannot return to one image on
2 monitors. If I uncheck the "Extend Windows onto this
monitor" button, the second monitor goes black. I have
tried to uninstall the second "plug and play" monitor,
but when I re-install it, WinXP automatically goes back
into dual view mode. I don't want dual view. I want
single view on 2 monitors. Not too hard, I think. Any
help is appreciated.

I found the fix meyself. Just a simple Func-F8 pressing
will switch through different configs, one of which
is "clone display"
