When I creat a new message, the outlook address book can't be retrieved even
though there are the whole list of addresses in the contact.
This happens after I made new 2009.pst file for the new year.
There is the solution in the help list, but it didn't work.
Only those new contacts which were saved after this event, can be viewed in
the new message creating window.
I've tried the solutions in the help desk, but failed.
It seems that I must save all the contacts in the address book again to use,
and the address book looks like a phantom (that means even though I can see,
but I cannot use that).
Please help.

If your Contacts folder is not empty, right-click the Contacts folder and
choose Properties. Select the Outlook Address Book tab and make sure the box
labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" is checked.
