Hi...I am trying to solve a problem installing the backup of a Quicken 2008
file. Computer is a HP Pavillion Dv6000 laptop with Vista Home Premium.
Quicken 2008 is installed from a current download, and updated. When I try
to restore my backup file, I get a dialog box that says "You have an online
payment that has missed its transmit date. This transaction can be dated no
earlier than 4/18/2008." When I try to close the dialog box, nothing
happens. No command or mouse click will make the dialog box close. Since
Quicken is waiting for the dialog box to close, the program can't respond or
finish loading the backup file. I have to close everything with the Task
Manager. I have also tried installing as the Administrator. Any help would
be appreciated. I'm totally stumped.
