What are the reasons behind if one of my customers can't resolve my mx
record ? The error message return to them is undeliverable. Pls advise

What's the exact text of the NDR? Do you mind posting your domain name here
so we can check? What kind of mail server are you runing?

Many and varied. If you want the specific reason, you'll at least have to
tell us the specific domain name.

DT> The error message return to them is undeliverable.

The error message will also tell them _why_ the mail was undeliverable.
