Can't Reset File Attributes

's Computer Specifications

I can't change file attributes of read only on a
directory. As soon as I unselect it and apply, if I open
up the properties box again the read only is checked and
greyed out. Somebody please help.

Go to advanced properties and take ownership of the file.

I am having the same problem, tried taking ownership,
didn't work.
