I am unable to reply to anyone's e-mail when I copy and paste something into
the original e-mail. The following error message appears: "Window Mail has
stopped working" and then the program shuts down. I used to be able to do
this fine until yesterday's automatic Windows update. I have various
templates in Word that I copy and paste when I reply to someone's e-mail---I
am not attaching any documents here. not sure why this is a problem at all.
I have Norton Anti-virus if that means anything. I do not have problems
receiving any e-mails, nor do I have any problems replying when I just type
into the body of the e-mail. Please help....

This one is for Microsoft Office Outlook. Windows Mail is supported in the
