Hello
I am having a problem with an external citrix/terminal user's outlook
reminder popup that appears corrupted as it doesn't display on startup and I
get a generic oultook error message in the right hand corner. The problem is
that if I try to use the outlook tools such as ostfix I get an error message
saying that the tool cant work under terminal services. If I setup the user
on our LAN PCs Outlook works fine. So whether there is way of repairing
OUtlook under TS or deleting the outlook profile from TS I am just not sure.
Can anyone assist please?
cheers
David

You are not really clear in your post as what you are trying to solve here.
You post nothing on the original issue but you do describe how your fixing
attempt failed because scanost.exe (not ostfix) doesn't run in a TS
environment.

My guess is that you fix your solution by starting Outlook with the
/cleanreminders switch;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /cleanreminders

If that doesn't fix it, post exact details and don't paraphrase any errors
but post them as they are reported exactly to you. They may mean nothing to
you, but they could mean the world to somebody who invests their own free
time trying to help you.
