Can't rename large files on Network Drive

I have a couple users that have trouble renaming large
files (300MB) on the Network drives. Running Win2k server
& a mix of XP and 2000 on the workstations. All service
packs & windows updates have been done. They can rename
smaller files without any problems. Has anyone
experienced this before?
