Can't remove VID_### from registry

Hello,

I have a problem with some usb drivers.
For that reason I have to remove the VID_ keyfrom the registry which are
located in the map "HKEY_localmachine/System/CurrenControlset/enum/usb", so
I can reinstall the drivers.

But when I press the remove button I get the following warning "There is an
error by removing this key".

So does any one know how I could remove these VID_ keys from my registry?
