Hi,
Newbie here.

One of our users has, in the distant past, created a form or template
to be used as the standard look for every new email. We now want to
remove this so that every new email starts with a blank email.

I can't find where this is set.

The user is logged into a domain with Exchange as the email server.
Where is the setting for this? Is it in the Outlook client, or
exchange?

Help appreciated.

Regards

It's not clear whether you're talking about stationery, which would be set in Tools | Options | Mail Format, or a published custom form, which could be set as the default message form (a very bad idea, BTW) in the client's Windows registry. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm

Well, I don't think it is 'stationery' as I looked in Tools | Options
| Mail Format and it shows 'None' as the stationery.

So, it must be the bad idea which you mentioned. How do I disable the
custom form?

THe page I suggested explains the registry keys involved under the Substitute Default Form section.
