i need to remove the spyware because i am having a
problem with norton systemworks and they told me to
remove it . my problem is the spyware program seems to be
hidden i cannot see it in the add remove program does
anyone know where i can find it to remove it?

I have only Norton Antivirus in Windows Xp Pro SP2. I did
not have any problem.

So, it is possible, you Norton firewall, spam control,
parental control, etc. could create the problem

I had a similar problem, went to uninstall and it did not
exist in add/remove programs. Reinstall did the trick,
then I uninstalled. Must be why it is the BEAT, excuse me
BETA version.
