Using FP 2003, I am having trouble deleting or renaming files...making it
very difficult to create this website. This appears to be the only site
doing this.

I log into is from the web address, and log in using the domain/user
settings which are also set as operators on the page. These permissions are
also set on the folder.

I get this error: 'Server error: Unable to rename "xyz.html" because the
file is in use.'

For deleting I get: 'Server error: Cannot remove file "xyz.html" .'

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Contact web host and ask then to run a check on the extensions and/or check the permissions for the
account.
