I have been unable to remove Earthlink Total Access 2004 from Add or Remove
Programs in Control Panel. I complete the process and get a pop-up
indicating the removal was successful. However, after re-starting, this
program still appears in my directory with lots of sub-folders and files and
in the Add or Remove Programs. So apparently the uninstall did not work and
I am back where I started. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks in
advance. Fran

Here's instructions on how to manually remove the 2003 version, should work
with 2004:
