Can't remove Program entry in add/remove programs

Very Odd. Yes, I've totally checked all entries under the
registry key under
HKLM\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\.

Can't find a subkey entry anymore for the program after
Program is removed. Checked all the GUIDs.

Any ideas?
