This issue just showed up today... we installed Microsoft Office 2007 a
couple of months ago. Suddenly today there is a send/receive error and
outlook will not receive any email. We noticed that both 2003 and 2007 were
installed so we tried to uninstall- restarted several times and nothing
works. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is a Dell Laptop and I
don't have it here unfortunately. I am pretty sure it is Windows XP
Professional 2002. I can confirm in the morning. If any one can help and if
you need more info let me know. Thank you!!

What is the exact error when you try to uninstall it?
If all things fail use the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility;

When we tried to uninstall it the error message is " The installation source
for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you
can access it."
Thank you for your help!

In that case, try the utility I pointed out in my previous post. That should
do the trick.
