I'm not sure what the MS Video Screensaver is.
If this is a legitimate piece of software that you are intentionally
removing, I think I would disable Norton for long enough to accomplish that
removal. MsiExec.exe is, as far as I can determine at this distance, a
legitimate part of the Windows Installer system, and probably needs to be
run as part of the removal process.
