My home PC (WinXP Pro) connects to the ISP via VPN (PPTP, client to server). After my PC is connected I have to wait about 10 minutes before I can remote desktop to my office server. I get a black screen then an error "The connection to the remote computer was broken. This may have been caused by a network error. Please try connecting to the remote computer again later". After 10 minutes the problem disappears. This happens everytime I restart my PC or reconnect to my ISP. Other applications (e.g. Internet Explorer, Skype) work fine right after my PC is connected.

Does anyone have an idea why it has to wait 10 minutes for Remote Desktop?
