My problem is that I have removed the program with the
control pannel pgm and there still is something stopping
the reinstall. I've used the regedt32 searched evrything
and cant find any reference. I do find a reference under
Sys Info\Software Environment\Services and I've both
disabled and enabled it and niether allows the reload.
Unfortunately I cant delete it. Any suggestions? the
software is VPN 5000 Service 1.00.00 or that what shows.

You'll probably want to get in touch with the application developer.
