i was working with my computer and it said some files
needed to be replaced because they were incompatible,
please insert disk. well i did and i have been having
nothing but problems since then. i have lost all my
restore points, i installed an anti virus program that
found over 500 viruses.it is norton professional 2003. i
can still boot up to windows, but i am very limited in
usage as most programs come up critical error this program
will terrminatee. when i try to reinstall windows, it
says there are dll, files missing from the disk. it has
no scratches, and it worked fine the last time i
reinstalled. i have a radeon 7500 all in wonder video
card which even with updates gives me problems. when it
reboots it will go into reinstall right away and then
stop, because it says files are missing. what possible
solution do i have. i have even tried doing an install on
a fresh hard drive with the same results. any help or if
you have any more questions feel free to contact me. as
long as i am able to get online, i wiill respond if
necessary.
