Hello, i have been having trouble recieving messages on my outlook express
6.0. I can send messsages and people will recieve them but i can't recieve
messages that people send me. I recieve no error messages about this, when i
click send/recieve all, it blinks quickly and no new messages appear. To
make sure i actually got messages i went to check the online message
inbox( www.webmail.west.cox.net) and i saw all the messages in there that
people have sent me but they don't show up in my outlook express box. I'm
fairly posistive this is being caused by a firewall because this seemed to
start when i installed bitdefender. However i disabled the firewall and the
whole program itself, and still haven't been able to recieve messages. Also,
i have another PC with the same outlook express installed, as well as
BitDefender and i can recieve messages with the firewall on on this machine.
I'm wondering if somehow the firewall goofed up my settings on my other PC
that can't recieve messages. Any ideas?

Suggest you repost this question in the newsgroup for Outlook Express.

The newsgroup you posted to is actually for Microsoft Access, a database
application in the Office suite.
